Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and adaptable security professional? KingsGuard Security Services is seeking a Floater Security Guard to join our elite team. As a Floater Security Guard, you will provide exceptional security coverage across multiple sites, ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ premises. This role requires flexibility, quick adaptation to new environments, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide security coverage at various client sites as needed.
• Patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
• Conduct regular inspections and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of security experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Valid Security Guard License; First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
• Skills:

  • Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Requirements:
