Answer the door
A live operator answers the lobby kiosk or door intercom on video.
A lobby kiosk and door intercoms answered on video by a live KingsGuard operator, for condos that need someone after hours but can't justify a full overnight shift.
The idea
Many condos need someone available after hours: to let in a locked-out resident, deal with a visitor at the door, respond to a noise complaint, or answer a question at 2 a.m. That doesn't always justify a full-time overnight guard. A virtual guard covers the hours when the building is quiet.
We install a kiosk or intercom in the lobby and at entry doors. When someone presses it, a live KingsGuard operator answers on video, sees them, sees your cameras, and helps: verifying visitors, unlocking a door for a registered resident, giving directions, or dispatching a mobile patrol or police when something is wrong. Residents get a person, not a recording, and the board pays for the hours it actually needs.
How it works
The operator answers, verifies, helps, escalates, and documents the call.
The call starts from the lobby, door, or entry point where the building needs coverage.
The operator sees the caller and the building cameras, then follows the post orders for that site.
They can verify a resident, unlock remotely when allowed, give directions, or handle the visitor according to the building rules.
If the situation needs a person on site, they dispatch mobile patrol or police with clear information.
Calls are recorded in the reporting flow with video and details shared in your report.
What the virtual guard can do
A live operator answers the lobby kiosk or door intercom on video.
Remote unlock for verified residents when the building rules allow it.
Visitors and delivery drivers get handled against the building's instructions.
Residents get a real person who can document and escalate the issue.
The operator checks nearby cameras while speaking with the person.
When a physical response is needed, the operator sends the right response.
The call and action taken are documented for the property manager or board.
Honest limits
A virtual guard cannot physically intervene, sign for packages, or do rounds. For those hours, use a guard or mobile patrol.
Daytime concierge, virtual guard 11 p.m.–7 a.m.
